This sections provides my settings, using a Planewave CDK14 + AP mount + Nitecrawler + Moravian C5 with NINA and Phd2. It may give you a good starting point if you have a similar setup, saving many hours.

Notice In the ASCOM driver for the focuser, I reverse the direction.
Notice the guide camera gain and the dynamic of the camera changed to 16 bits (65,535). Here I had 8 bits (255) by default, which cause an inability to choose unsaturated bright stars.
