Messier 105 aka NGC 3379, and companion galaxy NGC3384 with NGC 3389 in the background.

Messier 105, along with its companion the barred lenticular galaxy NGC 3384, is surrounded by an enormous ring of neutral hydrogen with a radius of 650,000 light-years where star formation is occurring.

The 3rd galaxy, NGC 3389, is in the background and not interacting directly like the other two.
